1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 6ixs platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 6ixs (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the 6ixs platform immediately. Accessing any part of the platform — including browsing the game lobby, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any feature of your account — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

6ixs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at 6ixs.io/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 6ixs platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 6ixs enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account types and all services. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active 6ixs account at the time of registration. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• Non-exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on the 6ixs platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 6ixs services, including betting markets, casino games, and payment features, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. 6ixs may request documentation to verify your identity at any stage.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share these with any third party.
• You must notify 6ixs support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Account information must be kept up to date. Players must notify 6ixs of any changes to their personal details, including contact information and payment method details.
• 6ixs reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Players must cooperate with these checks promptly.

Accounts that are found to contain false or misleading registration information will be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6ixs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 6ixs currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be introduced from time to time at the discretion of the Operator.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 6ixs account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier. These amounts may be updated by 6ixs without prior notice.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• Processing times: 6ixs aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may vary.
• Verification: 6ixs may place a hold on a withdrawal pending identity or payment verification. Players are required to cooperate with any such process without delay.
• Refused transactions: 6ixs reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms.

6ixs does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 6ixs accepts no responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 6ixs platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that event or product.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 6ixs does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where a technical error or obvious pricing mistake has occurred.
• In the event of a clear pricing error, 6ixs reserves the right to void the affected bets, regardless of whether the event has settled, and to refund the original stake to the player's account.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. 6ixs accepts no liability for delays in data transmission that may affect the acceptance or settlement of live bets.
• Match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation will be handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the platform. Where no specific rule applies, 6ixs will settle bets in the manner it deems fairest to all parties.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the bet placement stage and may vary by market, event, and account status.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6ixs offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer details.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, new-player status, and geographic eligibility will be stated in each offer.
• One bonus per offer: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Abuse prevention: 6ixs monitors bonus usage for irregular patterns. Players who appear to be exploiting bonus mechanics — including through low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated group play — may have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed.

6ixs reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions in the event of any conflict.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6ixs is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false personal information, creating accounts in another person's name, or impersonating another player or 6ixs staff member.
• Attempting to access the accounts, personal data, or financial information of other players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward other players or 6ixs support staff.

6ixs monitors platform activity and employs fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, 6ixs may suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Privacy & Data

6ixs collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

6ixs uses SSL encryption across all platform pages, including the login portal, cashier, and game lobbies, to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing techniques and are never stored in plain text.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or by the terms of the platform's operating obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming

6ixs is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on this platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. It should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session reminders: Players may enable session time notifications to track the duration of their gambling activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 6ixs platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of 6ixs or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of 6ixs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ixs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

6ixs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability. 6ixs will endeavour to minimise disruption and will not be held liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

6ixs accepts no responsibility for network connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or third-party service failures (including failures by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that may affect your ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets.

12. Termination

6ixs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to cooperate with identity or payment verification requests.
• Conduct that 6ixs reasonably believes may cause harm to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any pending verification requirements, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

13. Amendments

6ixs may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 6ixs will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered contact details or through a prominent notice on the platform. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published without individual notification.

Your continued use of the 6ixs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
